Before you pick a code
- KBLI 2025 is now the standard on OSS. It replaces KBLI 2020 (Peraturan BPS No. 7/2025, issued 18 December 2025); the parallel period ended 18 June 2026. Existing permits stay valid — codes are converted automatically unless your actual business activity changed.
- Pick by activity, not by channel. Selling clothes online is still retail of clothing; only platforms that connect other sellers use the "intermediasi" codes.
- Your KBLI must match your deed (akta) and OSS. A mismatch can block licences, tenders and bank onboarding.
- Risk level decides the licence (PP 28/2025): low risk = NIB only; medium = NIB + Sertifikat Standar; high = NIB + Izin. The same code can have different risk levels by business scale.
